I always pair this with their white rice, and beef sinagang (sorry if I misspelled it) sour soup. The best Filipino restaurant I have found in the US. Also good is the pinak bet, lumpia Shanghai, pancit etc. But like every thing else Filipino don't come here for good organization, fast service or clean bathrooms. Went here tonight and I must admit that they have the best crispy pata ever.

The crunch and seasoning was reminiscent of kfc's best fried chicken coating while the meat was very tender and had a clean porky taste.

They cook the viand that you order it seems. The place needs un upgrade or at least add more room. It's kinda popular on weekends and holodays, specially for to go orders. You do have to wait in line if you plan to be there on busy hours, at least an hour.
